I have worked very closely with Paulie for over five years now and have found him to be a reliable, committed and passionate co-worker.

Paulie has a sincere faith in any team’s capacity to become stronger and more effective. In his relentless focus on ‘the potential’ and his tireless work to reach goals, Paulie has increased revenue, expanded outreach and widened community awareness of Pretty Lake’s mission.

Along with the goal-oriented approach to his work, Paulie demonstrated a great commitment to his team. In his 6+ years at Pretty Lake, Paulie identified and filled many gaps, without pause or question, and sought solutions in open collaboration with all of his co-workers.
