I worked with Paulie at Pretty Lake, and if there was a takeaway from that time, it was this: Paulie made my work better.

Paulie has a vision that sets his work apart. For example, he doesn’t simply have excellent graphic design skills; he has a vision that makes an entire project better. He has an instinctive sense of how to shape an overall project from start to finish.

Paulie also demonstrated excellent leadership skills. I was repeatedly impressed by his ability to ask the right questions and focus on the problem that needs to be addressed first. He demonstrated a unique ability to understand what needs to get done, and then he would take the initiative to get it done right.

If you’re looking for a leader, a problem-solver, and the type of person who will make your work better, then Paulie is your guy.
