The Senary

Released in 2021, and I wrote, performed all the instrumentation, recorded, and produced this one-man-band concept album. Each track on the album is written from the perspective of ten unique characters from ten various 80s movies, and I filled the lyrics with easter eggs for you to try and guess the movies and characters that inspired the tracks. Chicken Heads:

Cover of an Oscar Brown Jr. tune.

I played with a group that covered this tune, so I decided to record it myself. I play all the instruments (vocals, keys, guitars, bass, drums, and percussion). Recorded in my home studio.

Acoustic Ramblings:

Original Tune

This is a song I wrote when my wife was pregnant with my first kid. It’s still an incomplete idea, but I felt like putting it up here. The acoustic guitar is a 1974 Gibson J-45 that I bought in pieces & restored (there are pictures of the guitar on my tinkering page). I play all the instruments on the recording (keys, guitars, bass, and percussion). Recorded in my home studio.

Shiny Planet:

Original Tune

Here’s a tune I wrote in 2010 about male patterned baldness. I play all the instruments (vocals, keys, guitars, bass, drums, and percussion). Recorded in my home studio.

Professor Marvel & The 4th Quadrant:

Original Tunes from my college band. Tracks were recorded in 1999. That’s me on the vocals, but you should know that I also played the tambourine at live shows (and wore gold, silver, and baby-blue suits).
