I’ve experienced some sort of sales function in my responsibilities since 2002, and my style is generally very collaborative with the customer. I’ve sold a lot of intangibles (experiences, team building, leadership development), so I’ve learned to ask the right questions up front, listen actively, brainstorm with the customer, and strive for partnerships and long-term relationships. I’m very comfortable cold-calling, generating leads, and closing the deal.
